Because Olhão and Fuzeta are the traditional Algarve and have some of the best and most beautiful beaches in Portugal. Olhão is a winning bet and Fuzeta too. We will show you why you should visit Olhão. We particularly like the still traditional environment of the village of Olhão, with a wonderful atmosphere. In addition, the beaches of Fuzeta and Olhão are our favorite corner on the Ria Formosa and one of our favorite places in the Algarve. The Ria do Alvor, a lake environment, it has a trail of just under 6 km that allows you to appreciate this environment full of lake and dune biodiversity, the Tail to the Flavor of the Sea, on the walkways of the Ria do Alvor.

The Passadiços dos Salgados trail is a wonderful trail to explore yet another lake setting in the western Algarve, very close to Armação de Pêra beach.

The Balconies Trail over the Sea is one of the most beautiful trails to take those eye-catching photographs of the cliffs on the Algarve coast. The Trilho das Varandas sobre o Mar is wonderful and is an excellent program for half a day, very close to Praia da Rocha.

The Culatra Island to the Lighthouse Trail is an excellent program to enjoy a day at the beach in the Algarve and Olhão. For those who like to walk on the beach, visiting the island of Culatra and taking a trail is mandatory in the Algarve.

The Trail from Cabo de São Vicente to Sagres is fabulous at the end of the day, there is no other way to put it! One of the most beautiful trails in the Algarve to catch the so-called Golden Hour and the sunset in the Algarve is the Trail from Cabo de São Vicente to Sagres, one of the sections of the Fishermen’s Trail of the Rota Vicentina.

If you want to go on vacation to the Algarve, know that visiting Tavira and Cacela Velha is one of the most beautiful places to go. The picturesque village of Tavira, far from mass tourism, and the modest Cacela Velha, are one of the best kept secrets in the Algarve. There are many Algarves in the Algarve but there will be no more beautiful Algarve than the Cacela Velha area and the Tavira islands, Cabanas de Tavira and Cacela Peninsula.
